
Ingredients:

Tequila or mezcal 60 ml

Peppermint 3 gr

Pineapple, Cucumber, Apple, Ginger & Lemon 1 unit

Sour mix 1:1 40 ml

Mix tajín, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
In an ALU glass, add ice and stir to chill. Rim the glass with a crusta.
In a shaker, add tequila, sour mix, and mint leaves. Shake well and pour into the glass using a double strain.
