Pineapple, Cucumber, Apple, Ginger & Lime

Ingredients:

  • Tequila or mezcal 60 ml
  • Peppermint 3 gr
  • Pineapple, Cucumber, Apple, Ginger & Lemon 1 unit
  • Sour mix 1:1 40 ml
  • Mix tajín, salt and pepper.

Preparation:

In an ALU glass, add ice and stir to chill. Rim the glass with a crusta.

In a shaker, add tequila, sour mix, and mint leaves. Shake well and pour into the glass using a double strain.
