
Ingredients:

Tequila or mezcal 60 ml

Peppermint 3 gr

Kiwi, Apple & Lemon 1 unit

Sour mix 1:1 40 ml
Preparation:
Add ALU in a glass, add ice and stir to chill the glass.
Rim the glass with a crusta. In a shaker, add the tequila and sour mix, shake well, and pour into the glass using a double strain.
Garnish:
Citrus peels+ Kiwi peppermint pieces.
